By owning multiple Land Rovers, you get "comfortable" with the repairs. I was never comfortable with the companies that I used so ultimately did most of the work myself, until I visited G2.
Range Rover went in for oil change. I knew there was an oil leak and asked them to ID the issue. I had an idea of what it was based on previous service (from other company) that I suspected was faulty. Answers were right with my expectations and expensive.
G2 coordinated the repair with my extended warranty company, fixed several other issues (some I knew were coming soon and several new ones) AND got them covered under the warranty. Yes I only went in for an oil change and had to spend some money, but I got much more than I was expecting and now have peace of mind.
Fast, fair, extremely nice and great work. Glad I found G2. You should try them."

I have been using G2 to service my MBZ for years and could not be happier. Gary and his team are always so easy to deal with. They check out the car from end to end and advise you on what needs to be serviced - without trying to scare you. If some items can be delayed without any problem, they let you know that. When you agree to the work, they do it at a very competitive price (and offer service discounts - coupon is on their website). Your car is ready when promised.
I drive by multiple other repair facilities to get to G2 but the drive is worth it knowing that I will get another great experience."

"While my wife has used G2 for a couple of years I had an opportunity to use their services this past week. My Mercedes S 600 V-12 was having what appeared to be an electric current drain issue after turning off the engine. This consistently killed the battery after a couple days of non use. My expectation was a long, painful and expensive "trace the short problem" in a big old beast that has a ton of electrical accessories. To my delight they found the culprit quickly and inexpensively. Great communication from Janna along the way. They are now my new and forever auto service dealer."

Brought it in to be checked out and was very concerned. Chelsea had their guys run diagnostics finding that it was an O2 sensor that had previously been replaced. "Talk about above and beyond. I've had a 3 series BMW and now a diesel mercedes that likes to visit G2 (Carmax purchase) These guys are the real deal. Two years ago the dealership on McFarland had my car for a month. A full thirty days for nothing and they did not even complete the repair. I brought it to G2 and they were done with the other problem in a day. One day. Next problem same thing. One day. I can't even imagine what I would do without them. Last time a lost a belt on 400 car locked up and they came to get me in 10 minutes. I was an exit away but they are great people who do the right thing. Excellent company great people!."

"Great place for repairs. Honest, on time, and knowledgeable. My TT Roadster had issues with the top going up and down related to the computer. It was one of those tedious problems that computers do. It required many resettings during the period I was having the problem. All revisits were at no charge and as of today it seems the problems have gone away. Gary the owner is very accommodating. Jon and Bali in the shop researched the problem on line to give what appears to be a final resolution."
